These terms apply to My Petal Haven, provided by Shanghai Shiyi Network Technology Co Ltd (上海十颐网络科技有限公司), operating as TenthEase Game ("we", "us"). Contact: shiyi@tenthease.com. We are based in Shanghai, China. The platform's own terms and any applicable checkout terms also govern their respective services.
1. Playing the game
You may use the game for personal, noncommercial entertainment, subject to these terms, the hosting platform's rules and applicable law. The CrazyGames version is intended for users aged 13 or above, or the higher minimum age required by local law or the platform. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms or authorize a purchase, obtain the required parent or guardian permission.
2. Accounts and saves
CrazyGames account services are managed by CrazyGames. Keep your account secure and do not share passwords. Progress may be stored locally or through the platform's cloud-save service. Availability and restoration depend on the platform, account, browser and successful synchronization. Clearing browser data or changing accounts can affect the save you see. Contact support about missing purchases rather than repurchasing repeatedly.
3. Virtual coins, boosters and upgrades
The shop may offer fixed-content coin/booster bundles and permanent upgrades such as extra flower pots or garden themes. The exact contents, price, currency, availability and one-time limitations are shown in the shop and checkout. Review them before paying. No paid loot boxes or hidden randomized paid rewards are offered by the current game. Purchases are optional. Rewarded ads are optional and the stated reward is granted when the provider reports successful completion. An ad-removal offer, when available, covers only the advertising described in that offer; optional reward ads may remain available.
4. Payments, delivery and refunds
Purchases are available only where supported and are processed through the designated platform/payment provider, which may include Xsolla. Their checkout terms identify the relevant seller/payment service and any taxes, payment conditions or cancellation information. We do not handle your card details in the game. Your account and provider inventory are used to verify delivery; canceled or unsuccessful payments do not grant purchases.
For a missing item, contact shiyi@tenthease.com with the product, purchase time and transaction/receipt identifier. For billing, unauthorized charges, refunds or payment disputes, use the payment provider's support, including Xsolla player support where applicable. Refunds and withdrawal rights are determined by applicable law and the relevant checkout terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory statutory refunds, remedies or consumer guarantees. Do not send complete card details or passwords to us.
5. Fair use and intellectual property
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate purchase records, circumvent payment/advertising systems, use unauthorized automation to gain an unfair advantage, interfere with the service, or infringe others' rights. Report material bugs to support. The game, software and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and rights of their owners/licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of them. Legal exceptions and permitted uses remain unaffected.
6. Changes, interruptions and suspension
We may update gameplay, fix errors or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or security. For material changes affecting purchased entitlements or a planned service closure, we will provide an appropriate notice and any remedies required by law. We may restrict access to address serious misuse, fraud or legal requirements, proportionately and subject to applicable rights. 7. Responsibility and disputes
We work to provide a functioning game but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes any right to bring a claim in a court available under mandatory law or to seek help from a consumer authority.
